Finally! A product for people who do not have the common sense to use carrots or peanut butter! - Sarah C - Springfield
So, you want to catch a bunny, eh? Yeah, well keep shopping for lure or bait, my friend. Rabbits around my house walk right past this stuff like it was a plague rat. The package says you should spread 1 tablespoon of this goo (black licorice smelling crap with the consistency of toothpaste and the color of roofing tar) on some cabbage for maximum effect, but I think the bunny would prefer his lettuce without this anise licorice smelling stuff on it...br /br /I know I sure would.br /br /Rabbits wont go near it, my children wont go near it; Not even the flies will go near it. Smells like the devil and has the same effect that the devil has on wildlife.br /br /They run and hide.br /br /Peanut butter is a whole lot cheaper and almost sounds good on a piece of cabbage, or at least better than cabbage and licorice.br /br /Lets save the licorice for the Swedish and as comic relief for unsuspecting children who believe they are really getting candy, instead. When bunnies go to market, their shopping list (I am SURE) does not have black licorice on it anywhere.br /br /EDIT--I take it all back. They should rename this stuff BABY SKUNK BAIT. I have caught 6 baby skunks with it in a neighborhood over run by rabbits. Rabbits wont touch it but skunks love it if that tells you anything.
